  • Men's Health Network is a non-profit educational organisation made up of physicians, researchers, public health workers, individuals and other health professionals. It was founded by a group of men's activists and writers interested in improving the health and well-being of men, boys and families.

  • MoodGYM provides a free, interactive program which explores where our emotions come from and how to manage these in an effective way.

  • Sleep Disorder Australia– Provides information and support to sufferers of sleep disorders and their families

  • Smiling Mind– Meditation made easy (also has an app)

  • Ynot– Peak body for NGO Youth Sector in Tasmania

  • Beyond Blue is an Australian site with information on depression

  • Youth Beyond Blue is an Australian site with information on depression specifically for youth.

  • The Black Dog Institute is an educational, research and clinical facility offering specialist expertise in mood disorders - a range of disorders that include depression and Bipolar Disorder

  • Children of Parents with Mental Illness promotes better outcomes for children and families where a parent experiences mental illness

  • Multicultural Mental Health Australia is an Australian site with information on mental illness targeting members of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

  • SANE Australia is a national charity helping people seriously affected by mental illness through research, education and campaigning. They have a series of 'fact sheets' you can download, as well as success stories and 'Helpline Online' - an email based service providing advice over the internet.
